Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver invoices, contracts, and official documents to clients and collect required documents.
• Collect customer cheques as instructed by the Collection or Sales team.
• Handle cheque deposits, bank guarantees, transfers, standing instructions, and related bank documentation.
• Collect and submit customs documents and assist with shipment and port clearance activities.
• Check company P.O. Boxes and collect the SamTech Emirates P.O. Box when required.
• Purchase office, pantry, stationery, and other requested items.
• Complete outdoor errands and document collections or deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain delivery and collection records and acknowledgements.
• Safeguard company documents, cheques, assets, and confidential information.
• Perform other outdoor or administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous UAE experience as a Messenger or Office Assistant.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, banks, customs, ports, and business locations.
• Ability to use navigation applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently.
