Role overview
M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment is seeking a Community Manager to join its social team.
The role works primarily across the Marjan account and manages daily community engagement across social channels.
The role is fully remote and based outside the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across assigned social channels.
- Respond to queries in English and Arabic in line with the agreed tone of voice.
- Maintain fast and consistent response times across platforms.
- Escalate customer service issues, complaints, and sensitive queries.
- Identify audience themes, questions, and sentiment.
- Flag reactive opportunities, trends, and relevant community conversations.
- Support moderation and reputation management across social channels.
- Align responses with campaigns and messaging alongside the wider social team.
- Maintain community management trackers and escalation logs.
- Support reporting with community insights, sentiment, and audience trends.
- Help develop FAQs, response templates, and community management guidelines.
Candidate requirements
- The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
