Job Summary
Coordinate restaurant publicity, guest engagement, community relationships, events, and business growth.
Work with food and beverage, marketing communications, outlet service, culinary, and property leadership teams.
Support public-space operations and guest relations while improving the restaurant's reputation and financial performance.
Community and Restaurant Growth
- Plan and execute wine tastings, live music nights, trivia evenings, chef-led cooking classes, and other events.
- Represent the restaurant at charity fundraisers, food festivals, and community events.
- Drive group business from social and corporate segments through experiential dining pitches.
- Monitor ratings, social media feedback, and online reviews and respond under company guidelines.
- Build relationships with guests, local organizations, businesses, vendors, and service providers.
- Prepare event pre-P&Ls and monthly performance summaries.
Public Space Operations
- Activate branded public-space features and maintain daily quality and brand standards.
- Develop goals and plans for public-space operations and guest satisfaction.
