Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in community management, event production, or VIP hospitality (experience in the UAE or luxury real estate sector is a massive plus).
  • Proactivity & Resourcefulness: Highly proactive, fast-thinking, and resourceful person who takes total ownership of projects from concept to execution.
  • Communication & EQ: Strong communication skills, impeccable taste, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and absolute discretion when dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages (Russian, Arabic) are a strong advantage.
  • Location: Based in Dubai (mandatory).
