Job Purpose
Lead the museum's community engagement and accessibility strategy and initiatives.
Drive inclusive programs, partnerships, and meaningful access for diverse audiences, including People of Determination, seniors, multilingual communities, and neurodivergent visitors.
Embed accessibility, universal design, and inclusive practices across exhibitions, programs, services, policies, digital experiences, and operations.
Leadership and Strategy
- Develop strategies, policies, annual plans, KPIs, budgets, and performance measures for community engagement and accessibility.
- Manage team recruitment, performance, coaching, succession planning, and professional development.
- Oversee program planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
