to help us build relationships with the communities, organizations and networks that matter.

This is

not a sponsorship sales role

Your job is to find organizations where Proof of Talk can create genuine mutual value — and turn those opportunities into partnerships.

What Does That Actually Mean?

Imagine you discover a community of 15,000 AI founders.

An accelerator with 200 portfolio companies.

A VC with a powerful founder network.

A university entrepreneurship society.

A digital asset association.

A group connecting family offices.

Another technology conference.

A community of AI engineers.

A network of women in technology.

A private group of FinTech executives.

Your question is:

How can Proof of Talk and this community help each other?

Maybe we give their members access to Proof of Talk.

They introduce Proof of Talk to their community.

Maybe we create a dedicated invitation code.

They promote selected speakers or content.

Maybe we organize something together.

They bring a relevant group of founders.

We give their community visibility.

Maybe they become an official Community Partner.

Maybe we create something neither side had thought of yet.

You'll help build the ecosystem around Proof of Talk across:

You'll constantly be asking:

Who already has the audience we want to reach?

Who would benefit from access to our ecosystem?

Where can both sides create value together?

🤝 Build Partnerships

You'll speak with community managers, founders, ecosystem leads, accelerator teams, event organizers and other partners.

You'll understand what matters to them and help develop collaborations such as:

• Community partnerships
• Cross-promotion
• Member benefits
• Ticket collaborations
• Content exchanges
• Newsletter partnerships
• Joint campaigns
• Community invitations
• Speaker/content amplification
• Co-hosted gatherings
• Ecosystem activations
• Referral initiatives
• Partner events

We don't want to send everyone the same PDF.

We want you to understand:

What would make this partnership valuable for them?

Then help create it.

Getting someone to say “yes” isn't the end of the job.

A partnership that exists only in a spreadsheet is useless.

You'll help make sure partnerships actually happen.

That means:

• Making sure partners receive what was agreed
• Supplying links, codes, content and assets
• Coordinating announcements
• Following up on agreed promotions
• Tracking registrations or referrals where relevant
• Maintaining communication
• Finding additional ways to collaborate
• Keeping strong partners engaged for future Proof of Talk editions

We care about activated partnerships, not partnership logos.

We won't judge you by how many emails you send.

We'll care about:

• High-quality communities identified
• Meaningful conversations started
• Partnerships agreed
• Partnerships activated
• Audience reached through partners
• Relevant applications and registrations generated
• New communities brought into the Proof of Talk ecosystem
• Relationships that continue beyond one event

The goal isn't collecting hundreds of random partners.

Twenty exceptional communities can be more valuable than 200 irrelevant ones.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, international business, technology or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable reaching out to people you don't know
• Comfortable having calls with external partners
• Strong research ability
• Highly organized
• Persistent with follow-ups
• Able to work independently
• Curious about technology, AI, startups, finance or digital assets
• Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions
