Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contact for residents, addressing inquiries, feedback, and service requests
- Support the planning and execution of community events and initiatives to boost resident satisfaction
- Promote community rules and support initiatives to ensure resident compliance and harmony
- Assist in monitoring the maintenance and cleanliness of common areas
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for scheduled works or resident needs
- Track service request completion and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
- Maintain resident records, service logs, and community communication channels
- Prepare basic reports on resident concerns, maintenance issues, and engagement efforts
- Support documentation and compliance requirements under UAE regulations and community guidelines
- Support communication between vendors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and collecting resident feedback on services
Requirements
- Experience in community management or resident services
- Knowledge of UAE community regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
