Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist / Community Associate role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors and will create a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and manage mail and packages.
- Assist and direct visitors.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk.
- Deliver excellent customer service to members and visitors.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Customer service or front desk experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email management.
