Role Overview
UNBOX Community is seeking a people-focused Community Associate to create an exceptional experience for members and guests.
The role serves as a front-of-house contact, builds community relationships, supports events, and helps daily operations run smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience for members and visitors.
- Build strong relationships with the community and enhance member engagement.
- Assist with events, workshops, and networking initiatives.
- Manage meeting room bookings, mail handling, and office administration.
- Conduct tours and assist prospective members with workspace needs.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, community management, or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented approach.
- A warm, positive personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and community.
Advantageous Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms or coworking software such as OfficeRnD is advantageous.
