The Commis III is part of the kitchen team at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel.
The role focuses on food preparation, kitchen organization, quality, guest satisfaction, and support for other kitchen team members.
Responsibilities
- Produce creative and excellent dishes while exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, health, and safety.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen colleagues and carry out orders.
- Remain calm while multitasking and handling multiple orders.
- Perform basic food preparation and organization tasks in the kitchen.
- Support colleagues in their areas of responsibility to ensure successful kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- High school degree.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or restaurant operations role.
- Passion for teamwork and excellent guest service skills.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
