Role overview
Fresh Bite Catering is hiring a Commis I – Cold Kitchen in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports cold kitchen preparation and daily kitchen operations.
Salary
- Salary is AED 1,800 to AED 2,000 per month.
- Food and accommodation are provided by the company while on duty or during employment as specified.
- Transportation is provided for business requirements only.
- A two-way air ticket to the employee’s home country is provided once every two years.
- Paid annual leave is 30 calendar days after completion of the first year.
- Other leave and end-of-service benefits are provided according to UAE Labour Law.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold appetizers, and other cold kitchen items.
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place.
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
- Store food properly and minimize wastage.
- Support the kitchen team when required.
