Position Overview
Commis 3 is a full-time, non-management culinary position at The Luxury Collection in Al Wathba South, Abu Dhabi.
The role prepares ingredients and food while maintaining recipe, quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety standards.

- The role is not remote and is performed in the hotel kitchen and food preparation environment.
Food Preparation and Cooking
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, weighing, measuring, and mixing.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
- Prepare cold foods and operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
- Test food for sufficient cooking and monitor food quality during preparation.
Kitchen Operations
- Set up and break down the workstation.
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles.
