About the Role
Dashas Restaurant L.L.C is looking for a Commis 2 to assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily food production by peeling, chopping, measuring, and portioning ingredients as instructed.
- Ensure work areas, refrigerators, and storage shelves are clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Monitor and log food temperature checks, apply proper food labeling, and handle food according to health regulations.
- Operate kitchen machinery safely and report any defects or malfunctions immediately to a supervisor.
- Receive ingredient deliveries, verify quantities and quality, and rotate stock (FIFO) to minimize spoilage and waste.
- Report low inventory levels and assist with taking accurate stock counts.
- Participate in pre service briefings and pass on important operational notes to incoming shift members.
- Cook meal ingredients following standard recipe guidelines and senior chefs' directions.
- Assist in presenting and assembling dishes with the correct visual appeal and serving temperature.

Compensation
