- Minimum 1 2 years full time work experience; previous experience in F&B Industry required
- Pastry: 1 year (Required)
- Knowledge of food preparation in accordance with high quality standard

Purpose of the Role
- The Commis Chef will provide assistance to Chef De Partie in carrying out preparatory work for creating dishes, stocking food supplies and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Preparation and portioning of food on time, ensuring quality and quantity standards.
- Prepare food by accurately following recipes provided.
- Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
- Ensure freshness and suitability of products; store properly.
- Ensure smooth running of the section during Chef De Partie's absences.
- Control cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and portion control.
- Follow Basic Food Hygiene Guidelines always.
- Weigh ingredients and use proper quantities in preparing food.
- Assist chefs in ensuring health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen.
Professional Requirements
- High School or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 2 years full time work experience; previous experience in F&B Industry required.
- Knowledge of food preparation in accordance with high quality standard.
- Knowledge of maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: AED 1,500.00 /month + Shared bachelor's accommodation.
- Job Type: Full time (6 Days/week).
