Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in an Italian restaurant or upscale dining environment
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Passion for food and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP standards

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Italian dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Support the kitchen team during service and contribute to the smooth day to day operation of the restaurant.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, pasta, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your work area at all times.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Work closely with senior chefs to continuously improve your culinary skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in an Italian restaurant or upscale dining environment.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to work.
- Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
