Become a vital member of our kitchen team as a Commi - Specialized in Fruit Arrangements.
As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where your creativity and precision will help us deliver stunning fruit platters and handcrafted watermelon cakes for our discerning clientele.
We're seeking someone with expert knife skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Create artful fruit platters and expertly crafted watermelon cakes for events and daily orders.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at every step.
- Efficiently prepare, cut, arrange, and display a wide range of fruits.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Monitor freshness and rotate fruit stock as necessary.
Must Have Requirements
- Previous experience as a commi specializing in cutting or arranging fruits.
- Demonstrable expertise in preparing fruit platters and creating watermelon cakes.
- Exceptional knife skills and creative presentation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards.
- Thorough understanding and practice of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure.
