About the Role
LPM Restaurant and Bar is seeking a Commi I to assist in food preparation and cooking, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs. The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, basic knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine is desirable, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes
- Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Support with basic food preparation tasks, including cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow all kitchen safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with plating and presentation in line with restaurant standards
- Learn and grow your culinary skills through hands on training and mentorship
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but full training provided
- Basic knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine is desirable
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- A true passion for food, hospitality, and delivering great experiences

What You’ll Do
