About the Role

- Have deep knowledge of wines, food and wine pairings, and ability to train staff on wine related matters.
- Take full charge of the sommelier service during operations.
- Manage the restaurant's wine inventory, overseeing storage conditions, monitoring levels, and ensuring secure handling.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 3 years of previous experience as a Sommelier in a similar establishment
- Excellent oral and written English
- Extensive wine knowledge (emphasis on French wine)
