- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage
- Perform stewarding and other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Pastry kitchen knowledge
- Understanding of basic food hygiene practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as per duty schedule and shifts
