- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to HACCP protocols
- Actively participate in daily briefings and communicate regarding stock levels and service flow
- Show willingness to learn advanced culinary techniques such as fermentation, sous vide, or specialized plating
Requirements
