Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in commercial strategy, business strategy, revenue management, sales strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business planning, or commercial analytics.
• The candidate should have strong commercial and strategic thinking with excellent analytical capabilities.
• The candidate should understand revenue, profitability, pricing, market dynamics, customer economics, sales, marketing, customer, and go-to-market processes.
• The candidate should be able to translate complex data into clear recommendations and manage multiple strategic priorities.
• The candidate should have experience working with senior executives and presenting strategic recommendations.

Required Capabilities

• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, segmentation, opportunity assessment, financial modeling, and business-case development.
• Strong project-management, cross-functional leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and commercial judgment skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, CRM platforms, and commercial analytics systems.
• High attention to detail and a focus on measurable business outcomes are expected.
