Overview

Neospace Interiors is a well-established interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, delivering commercial and residential projects since 2011.

As our growth strategy continues, we are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager or Business Development Manager who is ambitious, passionate and hardworking to join our team.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Business Development, Revenue Generation & Deal Closing

  • Drive new business revenue through active lead generation, networking, and direct client engagement.
  • Build and manage a strong, high-value sales pipeline with a clear focus on closing.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through design process, pricing, negotiation, and contract award to ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed revenue and margin targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, consultants, project managers, landlords, and developers and other stakeholders.
  • Secure repeat business, negotiated work, and framework agreements.
  • Position the company as a trusted design and fit-out delivery partner.

Organization & Proposal Leadership

  • Collaborate and work closely with the Design, Estimation and Commercial teams to produce and ensure high quality proposals, both meeting requirements and competitive.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and value-engineering conversations.
  • Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to delivery teams.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Maintain strong awareness of market activity, upcoming projects, and competitor movements.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around target sectors and growth areas.
  • Business Development Manager who is ambitious, passionate and hardworking to join our team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development / sales experience in the UAE, ideally within interior fit-out
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value fit-out projects.
  • Strong, existing network of decision-makers, consultants, and developers.
  • Proven ability to work to targets and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Highly motivated, commercially sharp, and results driven.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
  • UAE driving license required.
