3D Visualizer (Interior Fit-Out)

Job Summary

Expected Outcome

a. 3D Visualization & Rendering

• Create high quality 3D visualizations and photorealistic renders for interior fit out projects, including: Corporate & commercial office spaces, Restaurants, cafés, and F&B concepts, Retail outlets and showrooms, Banking and financial institutions.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, and CAD drawings into compelling visual presentations.
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to interpret drawings, concepts, and specifications.
• Develop 3D models, perspectives, walkthroughs, and still renders for design presentations, marketing, and client approvals.
• Ensure visuals reflect correct materials, textures, finishes, and lighting.
• Support tender and proposal submissions by delivering compelling visuals within tight deadlines.

• Design Collaboration
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design intent.
• Provide design input on material selection, mood boards, and overall visual direction.
• Participate in design reviews, ensuring visuals align with project requirements.
• Apply accurate materials, textures, finishes, lighting, and furniture as per project specifications, samples, and brand guidelines.

• Technical Detailing
• Create accurate 2D/3D models based on design drawings and technical documentation.
• Maintain organized libraries of materials, textures, and models for efficient workflow.
• Ensure rendering outputs are optimized for quality and efficiency.

d. Client Presentation Support

• Prepare presentation visuals for client meetings, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Adapt visual styles to meet client preferences while maintaining Neospace Interiors brand standards.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and client engagement.

3. Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent).
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of lighting, texturing, and material realism.
• Core Competencies:

4. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Visualization, or related field.
• 5 - 7 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial interior projects (office, retail, F&B, banking).
• Knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and modern design trends (preferred).
