About The Company

  • Our client is a growing investment platform focused on the global carbon markets, partnering with leading carbon project developers across regenerative agriculture, clean cooking, blue carbon, and carbon removal.

The Opportunity

  • We are looking for a Commercial Relationships & Operations Manager to support commercial activities across the business.
  • This is a broad, hands on role combining relationship management, business development support, project coordination, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial & Relationship Management

  • Support and manage relationships with buyers, intermediaries, and strategic partners.
  • Assist with business development activities and commercial outreach.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow ups, and relationship management activities.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Support commercial discussions and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities: Operations & Project Coordination

  • Manage CRM systems and commercial workflow processes.
  • Track opportunities, actions, and commercial pipelines.
  • Coordinate due diligence and documentation processes.
  • Ensure timely follow up and execution of key initiatives.
  • Support market research and industry analysis.
  • Assist with strategic projects and business initiatives.

Requirements: Experience

  • 3 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Operations, Project Management, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Sales Operations.

Requirements: Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow through.
  • Experience using CRM systems and workflow management tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

  • Exposure to sustainability, ESG, environmental markets, or carbon markets is advantageous but not required.
