- Conduct thorough market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable properties
- Manage the end to end leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers
- Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform clients about market trends and investment opportunities
- Guide clients on financial considerations, including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
- In depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial reports
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms
