Role Overview

  • Driven Properties is looking for a dedicated Commercial Property Consultant to join our team.
  • This role is essential for helping clients navigate their real estate decisions, from leasing to investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties.
  • Manage the end to end leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers.
  • Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform clients about market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Guide clients on financial considerations, including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.
  • Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
  • In depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing outstanding client service.
