Key skills for this role
Payoneer's enterprise business spans a large and diverse portfolio of accounts — from a broad base of commercial relationships to a set of deeply integrated strategic partnerships. As that portfolio has grown, so has the need for dedicated program management to keep it running with the rigour it deserves.
This is a program management role at the heart of the enterprise business. You will be responsible for building and running the structures, processes, and operating rhythms that allow two distinct account portfolios to be managed effectively at scale. For the tier 3 enterprise portfolio, that means designing and owning the programs that govern renewals, contract obligations, pricing reviews, commercial risk, and upsell opportunities. For a small set of highly complex strategic accounts, it means establishing the cadence infrastructure, cross-functional coordination and commercial governance that allow those relationships to operate smoothly.
This role suits someone who is energized by building systems and bringing order to complexity. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, Growth and Compliance, and your impact will be felt directly in the health and predictability of the accounts you manage.
What You Will Own
Tier 3 portfolio program management
Design and own the program management infrastructure for the tier 3 enterprise portfolio — the systems, processes, and automations that allow the segment to be managed proactively and at scale
Build and maintain visibility across the full portfolio: renewal timelines, contract obligations, pricing review cycles, commercial risk indicators, and upsell opportunities
Establish clear processes for intake, triage, and resolution of commercial matters — renewals, amendments, pricing changes, and client-initiated requests — so they are handled consistently and on time
Identify opportunities to automate or systematize recurring workflows across the portfolio, reducing manual effort and improving response times
Partner with Legal, Finance, and commercial teams to ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time on contractual and pricing matters
Spot and surface upsell and optimization opportunities across the portfolio, flagging them to the relevant commercial owners with supporting context
Strategic account program management
Build and maintain the program management infrastructure for a small portfolio of highly complex strategic accounts — including consolidated trackers, issue logs, and initiative roadmaps for each relationship
Design and run the operating cadence for each account: monthly health reports, MBRs, QBRs, and executive touchpoints — ensuring meetings are well-prepared, outputs are documented, and actions are tracked to completion
