- Drive revenue growth across all business segments
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Generate corporate accounts and strategic partnerships
- Secure private events, celebrations, and business gatherings
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, embassies, government entities, and private organizations
- Establish partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, concierge teams, travel companies, and lifestyle organizations
- Develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests and repeat customers
- Implement guest retention and loyalty initiatives
- Promote and sell private dining experiences and special events
- Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Achieve agreed revenue, partnership, and business development targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, fine dining, commercial management, business development, sales, or guest relations
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business growth
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable
- Existing professional network within Qatar is a strong advantage
- Professional appearance and presentation skills

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful event execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, fine dining, commercial management, business development, sales, or guest relations.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business growth.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Preferred Background
- Candidates with experience from luxury hospitality brands such as Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Raffles, Fairmont, Marriott Luxury Brands will be given strong consideration.
