Fulkrum is seeking a Commercial Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial strategies across key global territories.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will collaborate with regional managers and cross-functional teams to ensure commercial integrity, compliance, and growth.

• Manage regional bidding and tendering processes, including risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee contract renewals and maintain the Contract Register.
• Govern RFQs, proposals, and agency relationships to ensure strategic alignment.
• Support global AVL processes and manage global subscriptions for cost efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor and guide the Commercial Analyst and Specialist.
• Assist the Sales Team with business development and client engagement.
• Ensure insurance coverage meets client requirements.
• Support the Head of Commercial and step in during absences.

• Commercial awareness and industry experience in Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables).
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage pressure and responsibility.
