Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and business performance.
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial performance reviews.
- Build financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and business cases.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and senior management.
- Provide financial insights for pricing, investment, and commercial decisions.
- Monitor financial KPIs, budgets, margins, and revenue performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential financial risks.
- Evaluate commercial proposals, contracts, projects, and growth initiatives.
- Support revenue planning and profitability improvement strategies.
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and recommendations.
- Improve reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial controls.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in commercial finance, FP&A, management accounting, or a related area is preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling skills are required.
- Advanced Excel and strong proficiency with financial reporting tools are required.
- A solid understanding of budgeting, profitability, forecasting, and performance management is required.
- Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy are required.
- The role requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
