Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of strategic growth initiatives across APMEA West aligned with commercial priorities
- Enhance business performance by delivering insights and analyses to support volume and value share growth
- Act as a trusted business partner by proactively engaging stakeholders
- Embed Revenue Growth Management (RGM) into everyday decisions to optimize pricing, promotions, and portfolio
- Lead Pricing and Excise committees to ensure competitiveness while maintaining sustainable profitability
- Support business growth by unlocking and executing new categories launches / opportunities across key markets
- Provide insightful industry analysis covering macroeconomic trends, regulatory developments, competitor intelligence, and consumer behaviour
- Develop and maintain robust industry models to enable accurate forecasting, scenario planning and data driven decision making
- Ensure robust resource allocation through data driven investment decisions aligned with strategic priorities
- Manage APMEA West Marketing Spend and Capex budgets, optimizing investment allocation across key markets
- Evaluate business cases through post implementation reviews to ensure value delivery
- Manage TCI (Total Customer Investment) for APMEA West markets, ensuring accuracy and providing insights
Requirements
- 4+ years of finance experience in a global FMCG or similar fast paced consumer goods environment
- Professional finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CPA) preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, modern accounting practices, and internal controls/compliance
- Solid FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis
- Experience in commercial finance activities such as pricing, marketing investment, and capex/resource allocation
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong business acumen with ability to simplify complex information
- Good stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

What are we looking for?

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP/BPC and exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen with ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively.
- Good stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Proactive, resilient, and demonstrates strong integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Leadership capability with ability to motivate and develop others is an advantage.
