- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects and maintain professional networks
- Manage and support all aspects of commercial management and stakeholders
- Develop and present commercial media proposals to clients
- Prospect new clients, including the ability to qualify and close new accounts
- Effectively prepare for and manage business meetings
- Strategically and creatively build sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity
- Effectively collaborate with functional groups such as Sales, performance and Content teams to optimize campaigns
- Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalate delivery issues as necessary
- Track, optimize, and compile campaign analytics and custom end of campaign reports for clients
- Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets
Requirements
- 0 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree advantageous
- Media or agency experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and self motivated
- Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen
- Detail oriented and persuasive

Job Overview
- The Commercial Executive will be responsible for the sales process of Augustus Media brands including Lovin Saudi, Lovin Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam, Smashi, and Odeum.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects and maintain professional networks.
- Managing and supporting all aspects of commercial management and stakeholders.
- Developing and presenting commercial media proposals to clients is a strong plus.
- Prospect new clients, including the ability to qualify and close new accounts.
- Effectively prepare for and manage business meetings.
