Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured end-to-end assessments of our GTM operating model — strategy, structure, processes, and capabilities
- Identify gaps in customer segmentation, bid management, project handoffs, and cross-vertical selling
- Develop maturity scoring, prioritised issue logs, and phased improvement roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder interviews across sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Track implementation of approved GTM improvements and report on outcomes
Required Skills
- 8–12 years in GTM strategy, management consulting, or commercial operating model design
- Deep understanding of construction, engineering, or facilities management environments
- Familiarity with bidding processes, cross-division selling, and revenue operations
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Proven executive communication and workshop facilitation experience
- UAE-based preferred; GCC experience is essential
