Commercial Director - Middle East

Position Summary

Main Responsibilities

• Support commercial negotiations for frame contracts and large or complex deals, including VBP projects.
• Provide guidance on commercial and legal terms during contract setup.
• Perform price analysis and review regional contracts and frame agreements.
• Track negotiation status and summarize final terms.
• Coordinate implementation of negotiated contracts with legal and finance.
• Build and share commercial negotiation capabilities covering contracting, project setup, pricing, and risk management.
• Support pricing tools and templates for rate cards and volume-discount schedules.

Experience and Qualifications

• Significant experience in negotiating indirect-services categories, including consultancy spend.
• Experience in procurement leadership, including buying or selling strategic consulting services, is preferred.
• Experience in a leading professional-services company or consulting environment is preferred.
• A master’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field, or an MBA, is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
