Job Purpose
Lead international commercial operations, business growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and contractual activities across oil and gas, dredging, marine, offshore, EPC, and infrastructure projects.
Develop commercial strategies, tendering frameworks, pricing models, and client engagement plans to improve revenue, margins, competitiveness, and regional and global expansion.
Oversee opportunity identification, pre-qualification, bid management, negotiations, risk mitigation, claims, and post-award commercial governance.
Commercial Leadership
- Lead commercial, business development, tendering, estimation, contracts, and proposal functions across international operations.
- Identify and secure new business through market analysis, client engagement, networking, industry intelligence, and relationship management.
- Direct complex tenders, bids, and proposals for technical alignment, commercial competitiveness, contractual compliance, and financial viability.
- Lead negotiations with clients, joint venture partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Establish contract management processes for EPC, offshore, dredging, marine construction, vessel operations, and oil and gas agreements.
