Commercial Coordinator

1. Sales & Pipeline Coordination

• Manage and update CRM (leads, opportunities, follow-ups)
• Track incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to move leads through the pipeline
• Maintain weekly pipeline reports and status updates

2. Client Communication & Follow-Ups

• Follow up with prospective clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp
• Schedule meetings for the founder with qualified prospects
• Maintain regular communication with warm leads
• Support client onboarding and documentation

3. Proposal Coordination

• Coordinate with the India-based technical team for proposal preparation
• Compile, format, and send proposals to clients
• Track proposal status and follow up for closure

4. Light Telesales And Market Outreach

• Reach out to targeted commercial buildings, facility managers, and property companies
• Introduce company services and generate initial interest
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients (Malaysia / Southeast Asia)
• Support market entry initiatives

5. Administrative & Commercial Support

• Assist in contract coordination and documentation
• Support invoicing follow-ups and payment tracking
• Maintain organized records of all commercial activities

Experience

• 2–5 years in sales coordination / inside sales / business support roles
• Experience in B2B services preferred

Education

• Bachelor's in engineering (minimum )
• Work Location: In person @ our office – Dubai
