We're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Analyst to support strategic customer opportunities, product development initiatives and growth investments across Origin Zero.

From embedded networks and battery storage to EV charging and broader distributed energy solutions, you'll help assess the opportunities, products and partnerships that will support our customers and shape the future of energy.

Working across customer tenders, product economics and strategic growth initiatives, you'll provide the commercial insights and financial modelling that influence customer, product and investment decisions.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Enterprise Modelling & Customer Economics Lead, you'll work across three key areas:

Strategic customer opportunities and tenders
Product economics modelling
Strategic growth initiatives include M&A

You'll partner with teams across Product, Finance, Sales, Energy Markets and Corporate Development to evaluate opportunities, develop business cases and support long-term growth.

What you'll be doing

Develop financial and commercial models that support customer, product and investment decisions
Analyse customer needs, energy usage and commercial drivers to identify value-creating solutions
Support strategic tenders, commercial proposals and business cases
Contribute to M&A opportunities, due diligence activities and market assessments
Deliver insights and recommendations that influence decision-making across the business

What you'll bring

Degree qualifications in Finance, Computer Science, Commerce, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
