- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Department
- Prepare, review, and maintain commercial documents, proposals, quotations, contracts, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients regarding commercial matters
- Maintain and organize commercial records, contracts, and project documentation
- Monitor document submission deadlines and ensure timely processing
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and commercial analyses as required
- Support tender and bid documentation preparation and submission
- Translate commercial, contractual, technical, and business documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English
- Proofread translated documents to ensure grammatical accuracy and professional quality
- Provide interpretation support during meetings when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Translation, Languages, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial administration, business administration, document control, translation, or similar role
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in professional translation from English to Arabic and Arabic to English
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational and document management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Summary
- The Commercial Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and commercial support to the Commercial Department, ensuring smooth coordination of commercial activities, contracts, correspondence, and documentation.
- The role requires excellent bilingual communication skills in both Arabic and English, including professional translation of commercial, contractual, and business documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Department.
- Prepare, review, and maintain commercial documents, proposals, quotations, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients regarding commercial matters.
- Maintain and organize commercial records, contracts, and project documentation.
- Monitor document submission deadlines and ensure timely processing.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and commercial analyses as required.
- Support tender and bid documentation preparation and submission.
- Track customer communications and maintain updated records.
Key Responsibilities Translation & Language Support
- Translate commercial, contractual, technical, and business documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English with high accuracy and consistency.
- Translate emails, letters, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Proofread translated documents to ensure grammatical accuracy and professional quality.
- Ensure translation terminology aligns with industry and company standards.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings when required.
Key Responsibilities Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government authorities as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure effective communication between Arabic speaking and English speaking stakeholders.
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Translation, Languages, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial administration, business administration, document control, translation, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling commercial and contractual documentation is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in professional translation from English to Arabic and Arabic to English.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and document management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in construction, engineering, contracting, trading, or commercial business environments.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts, tendering processes, and procurement documentation.
- Professional translation certification is an advantage.
