Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in collections/customer service/operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of collections processes and compliance standards preferred

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Quality Monitoring: Monitor calls, emails, and customer touchpoints to ensure service quality; Evaluate communication effectiveness and provide feedback; Track and report key performance metrics
- Complaint Management & Risk Mitigation: Investigate and resolve customer complaints; Analyze complaint trends and identify root causes; Support risk mitigation through corrective and preventive actions
- Process Improvement & Automation: Recommend and implement process improvements; Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency; Support system changes and BAU operations
- Compliance & Coordination: Ensure adherence to policies and compliance standards; Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in collections/customer service/operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of collections processes and compliance standards preferred
Compensation
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
