About the Role

- Lead BIM Structural coordination and model quality reviews
- Drive clash detection and issue resolution across disciplines
- Manage BIM deliverables, workflows, and project standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Mentor junior team members and uphold BIM best practices
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in Structural Design Coordination & Detailing
- Minimum 4 years in BIM Structural Detailing
- Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC
- Strong experience in rebar detailing, clash detection, model auditing, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Proven track record on large scale residential/high rise projects
- GCC project experience required; site experience is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
