- Monitor and manage collection of community service charges, ensuring timely follow up with owners
- Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances in Mollak and internal systems
- Issue payment reminders, demand notices, and escalation letters in line with OA regulations
- Manage RDC cases on Mollak for long standing arrears and coordinate with legal advisors
- Utilize Adda and NoBrokerHood software to track collections, generate reports, and communicate with owners
- Provide clear communication to owners on service charges, payment plans, and financial obligations
- Assist in preparing collection reports, aging analysis, and recovery performance updates
- Support Finance/Community Manager during budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Requirements
- Experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Mollak, Adda, and NoBrokerHood software
- Strong communication skills
