• Inspect tooling and adaptors, identifying damage and completing reports • Troubleshoot machine and part defects to maintain production quality • Replace and adjust tooling components including punches, rods, and adaptors • Operate and safely adjust presses according to process requirements • Perform SPC checks, density checks, and quality inspections • Conduct first-piece inspections and verify conformance to specifications • Perform machining operations such as tapping, drilling, reaming, and burnishing • Change tools and maintain equipment across multiple press systems • Ensure compliance with Quality Management and Health & Safety systems • Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives
