Join the STEM education team to teach young learners coding, robotics, and creative problem-solving.
The instructor will work with students aged 6 to 16 through engaging, project-based learning.
Teaching and Student Support
- Deliver project-based robotics and coding curricula for students aged 6 to 16.
- Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
- Provide individual support and guidance to students as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
Assessment and Curriculum Improvement
- Use student performance data to refine curriculum and improve learning outcomes.
- Assess student feedback and implement improvements to teaching strategies.
- Document and report student progress with clear development pathways.
- Design and implement STEM activities aligned with national and international standards.
Learning Environment and Equipment
- Foster growth mindset, creativity, and critical thinking in all learners.
- Stay up to date with trends and tools in STEM education.
- Manage and maintain LEGO robotics kits, laptops, software, and other educational equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field is required.
- At least one year of experience teaching STEM, coding, and robotics programs is required.
- Strong command of Scratch, Python, Arduino, LEGO EV3, or LEGO Spike is required.
- Experience creating age-appropriate lesson plans is required.
- Excellent classroom management, student engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with First LEGO League or World Robot Olympiad is a plus.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms is required.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
