The center aims to nurture young minds through innovative learning programs.
Role Overview
The center is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Abacus Teacher to inspire children and develop mental math skills, concentration, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive Abacus classes for students aged 4–12 using structured lesson plans.
- Teach basic and advanced Abacus techniques, including mental arithmetic skills.
- Assess student performance, track progress, and provide feedback to parents.
- Prepare practice materials, worksheets, and activities to reinforce concepts.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum and teaching methods.
- Ensure compliance with center policies and uphold teaching standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Abacus Teacher or Trainer is required, with 1–2 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Abacus techniques, mental math, and child pedagogy.
