Role Overview
Selected Coach Operator Trainees applicants will receive approximately eight weeks of full time paid training and will be evaluated for placement in full time Coach Operator positions at the end of training. Trainees work out of our Merrill Creek Operations Base in South Everett.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
In accordance with published standard operating procedures, directives and management bulletins, Coach Operators: 1. Learn and demonstrate safe driving skills. 2. Acquire in depth knowledge of the Coach Operator SOP. 3. Demonstrate driving skills and knowledge to acquire a CDL class B with passenger and air brake endorsements. 4. Regular on-time reporting and dependable attendance, to be at work during their scheduled training days and times.
