Role Overview
FundRock is a Pan-European UCITS management company and alternative investment fund manager serving established blue-chip clients.
The role supports Fund Services teams and contributes to operational efficiency across a multicultural organization.
Role and Key Responsibilities
- Support Fund Services teams across different roles and review work performed by offshore teams for accuracy.
- Submit NAV to clients on time according to signed service-level agreements.
- Ensure work complies with fund terms, regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering regulations, and company procedures.
- Gather data from closed-ended asset managers, property managers, and real estate developers to support fund operations.
- Monitor cash flows for operational, investment, and distribution liquidity.
- Maintain compliant financial statements and communicate issues to line managers.
- Deputize during a line manager's absence and maintain positive client relationships.
Skills Required
- Strong educational background, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Excel macros.
- Ability to meet agreed deadlines and adapt work to client deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a pressurized environment and solve complex problems.
