Role Overview
Work as a business analyst for the Middle Office team supporting a major hedge fund client.
Partner with clients, operations, and technology on projects and enhancements while maintaining stable daily operations.
The role is client-facing and requires management of competing priorities.
Delivery and Solutioning
- Own Calypso enhancement and client initiative delivery from requirements through build, SIT, UAT, and production.
- Translate business needs into scalable solutions across trading, middle office, and accounting flows.
- Coordinate testing and sign-off for production-ready solutions.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary contact for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead requirements workshops and align stakeholders on solutions.
- Communicate changes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Production Support
- Provide daily production support, including periodic client end-of-day coverage.
