Responsibilities
- Lead Zr3i’s growth strategy, capital raising activities, and market expansion across the MENA region
- Identify and cultivate investor relationships, structure funding rounds, and manage capital deployment to NBS carbon projects
- Design and execute sales and marketing plans to secure project partners, carbon credit buyers, and strategic alliances
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on pricing, go to market strategies, and pipeline development
- Oversee research into market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes
- Represent Zr3i in external forums, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Build processes that support sustainable, scalable growth
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate carbon projects, financial models, market data, and risk return profiles
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, investor presentations, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of closing strategic deals, building pipelines, and managing long term client relationships
- Marketing expertise in positioning mission driven ventures, developing growth strategies, and increasing brand visibility
- Research skills for assessing NBS and carbon market opportunities, policy developments, and emerging trends in climate finance
- Experience in capital raising (e.g., venture capital, impact investors, project finance) and structuring investment deals
- Background in climate tech, sustainability, carbon markets, or related fields is highly beneficial
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast paced start up environment and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, environmental studies, or a related discipline is preferred

Role Description
- The Co Founder | Chief Growth & Capital Officer will lead Zr3i’s growth strategy, capital raising activities, and market expansion across the MENA region in a full time, remote role.
- Day to day responsibilities include identifying and cultivating investor relationships, structuring funding rounds, and managing capital deployment to NBS carbon projects.
- The role involves designing and executing sales and marketing plans to secure project partners, carbon credit buyers, and strategic alliances.
- The individual will collaborate closely with the founding team on pricing, go to market strategies, and pipeline development.
