About Zr3i
- Zr3i is a carbon project developer operating in Egypt, focused on date palm carbon sequestration.
- Verra KYC complete, Partner Number 9885; project under submission/validation using VM0042 and VM0047 v1.1, 30 year crediting period (2026–2055).
- 15 signed agreements with agricultural cooperatives; 7 non binding LOIs with enterprise farms.
- Revenue share: 35% Zr3i, 60% farmers, 5% community fund.
The Role
- Cofounder position with shared ownership, risk, and decision making.
- Focus on carbon finance structuring and institutional fundraising.
Compensation
- Founder level equity, time vested (4 year vest, 1 year cliff).
- No cash salary; no date for cash compensation.
Required
