Situated at the mouth of the Saugeen River and approximately 49 km south of Owen Sound, it provides a peaceful atmosphere for residents and visitors alike, with diverse dining options, local shops, and activities suited for beach-goers and art enthusiasts.
Join our team as a Co-Culinary Manager!
Reporting to the Culinary Manager, the Co-Culinary Manager coordinates and supervises the daily operations of Food Services, including food preparation, staff supervision, inventory, and enforcing safety and sanitation standards under the Manager’s direction. The incumbent will
ensure that continuous quality improvement outcomes approved for the Home are met or exceeded, and demonstrate dedication to professional values and the mission, vision and values of the Home.
Key responsibilities of the Co-Culinary Manager include
- Maintaining regular communication with the Culinary Manager to report concerns, share updates, and support departmental alignment.
- Providing hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality nutritional care and a resident-centered approach to meal service, fostering a solutions-focused environment.
