CNC Operator - 3rd shift

Hiring Full-Time CNC Machine Operators for 3rd shift!

DIRECT HIRE Positions.

Micro Gauge in Brighton is seeking CNC Operators to tend to and operate lathe/milling machines to machine surfaces of metal workpieces to specifications according to the job book instructions.

Hourly rate: $20.50 with a potential $3 an hour for all hours worked for:

-perfect attendance

-110% of production number

· Meeting production and scrap goals

· Inspecting machined parts for surface defects and verifying conformance to specifications provided in job book instructions using measuring instruments

· Changing tools and making offsets to machines as needed

· Reporting hourly production, scrap and downtime on appropriate form

· Previous CNC experience

· Ability to perform offsets on CNC machines

· Previous opt 10 and opt 20 experience

· Ability to use gauges

· Standing and repetitive bending and twisting

3rd shift 11 pm to 7 am Monday- Thursday OT available
